Intense and elegant. Impeccable balance, a beautiful mix red and black fruit and alluring spice. Smokey charcuterie aromas with rich and velvety tannins. Complex and layered.
Wild barrel fermented, no fining, no filtration, hand bottled directly from the barrel. Current vintage is 2017.
